Massimiliano Gusmaroli is a Senior ALM Risk Specialist at Sella. Prior to this role, Massimiliano worked as a Financial Controller at Banca Sella. With a background in Electronic Engineering and Physics Engineering, Massimiliano has experience in internships ranging from engineering to finance. In addition, Massimiliano completed a Master's Thesis focused on microtissue analysis at Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich. Throughout internships at Trustech srl and Altran, Massimiliano gained knowledge in clean room technologies and development of nanostructured devices.
