Ivo Gueorguiev

Ivo Gueorguiev is a board member at Banca Transilvania. Ivo has held this position since December 2012. Prior to this, they were chairman of the supervisory board at TBI Bank Bulgaria from January 2011 to December 2012. Ivo has also been a member of the board of directors at Sovcombank from January 2007 to December 2011.

Gueorguiev co-founded TBIF Financial Services B.V. in 2001 and served as its chairman of the board of directors until December 2012. Ivo was also a member of the supervisory board at Energo SA from January 2000 to December 2001 and at PAC Doverie AD from January 1999 to December 2001.

Before their current role, Gueorguiev worked as a senior banker in the financial institutions group at EBRD from January 1993 to December 2001.

Ivo Gueorguiev has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta and a Master's degree in International Business from the University of National and World Economy.
