Oana Ilaș

Oana Ilas has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Deputy CEO and Head of Retail Banking at Banca Transilvania since July 2002, where responsibilities include coordinating a variety of retail banking products, managing digital projects, and overseeing multiple retail operations. Oana has also held several prominent positions within the bank, including Executive Director and various director roles focused on retail products and card development. In addition to the role at Banca Transilvania, Oana is an active member on several boards, including Biroul de Credit, BT Asset Management, and BT Direct, and holds the position of Chairwoman at the Visa Romania Executive Committee. Oana's educational background includes an Executive MBA from The University of Sheffield and a degree from Babes-Bolyai University.
