Bazeka Kawenge

Bazeka Kawenge has extensive experience in marketing and project management, having served as the Chefe de Departamento de Marketing Estratégico at Banco Angolano de Investimentos (BAI) from October 2016 to November 2022. In this role, Bazeka focused on marketing strategy, customer segmentation, project management, analytics, insights, research, and reporting. Bazeka also held the position of Project Management Professional, overseeing the development and coordination of projects to ensure alignment with objectives, budget, and timelines. Previously, as a Marketing Analyst, Bazeka contributed to key initiatives such as the definition of a new management model for the É-KWANZA mobile money service in 2021. Currently, Bazeka serves as the Diretor de marketing at PMI Angola Chapter, starting in October 2022.
