Leomir Guilherme

Leomir Guilherme currently serves as the Gerente de produtos digitais at BAI - Banco Angolano de Investimentos, s.a., a position held since March 2021, focusing on Digital Transformation after extensive experience in customer support and leadership within a Contact Center. Previous experience includes a role as Egº Informático at Call Center from January 2009 to April 2022, providing technical support to both internal and external clients. Leomir holds an MBA in Digital Business from USP/Esalq, completed in July 2023, and a certification in Digital Product Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Additionally, an undergraduate degree in Informatics and Communications Engineering was obtained from Óscar Ribas University between 2008 and 2012.
