Carlos Andre Hermesindo da Silva has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Carlos Andre started their career at Itaú Unibanco as a Manager, where they were responsible for managing financial studies and projects related to accounting. Carlos Andre also played a key role in implementing the IFRS project and participated in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions. Later, Carlos joined Banco Original as a CFO and CRO, overseeing various financial aspects of the organization. Carlos Andre was involved in building the first digital bank in Brazil and obtaining approvals from Central Banks, contributing to the growth of the corporate and retail portfolio. Carlos also worked at Voiter as a CFO and CRO, and more recently, they joined Banco BMG as the CFO.
