Marcelo Silva

Marcelo Silva has extensive experience in the field of technology and business management, currently serving as Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas at Bradesco since February 2014. Previously, Marcelo held the position of Gerente de Tecnologia do Negócio at Banco Bradesco from September 1998 to February 2014, where responsibilities included project management and acting as a liaison between business and IT to identify needs and propose solutions. Marcelo possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo (2021-2023), an MBA in Management of Information Technology from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração (2015-2016), and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis from Universidade Ibirapuera (1998-2001).
