Renato Bettini is a seasoned Cloud Platform Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading Kubernetes platform operations and digital modernization projects across prominent companies. Currently at Banco Bradesco since July 2022, Renato oversees Kubernetes platforms in Azure Cloud and on-premise environments, supporting 90% of the company’s web applications. Previously, as Cloud Platform Engineering Manager at F1RST Tecnologia, Renato spearheaded multicloud platform operations and advanced digital transformation initiatives. Renato's technical leadership at Porto Seguro involved managing cloud and DevOps solutions and middleware infrastructure, utilizing agile service models and automation tools. With a solid foundation in IT, including roles at IBM, Scania Group, and Honda Brasil, Renato holds an M.B.A. and a degree in Network Management.
