Luana Souza

Luana Souza is an experienced product manager with a strong background in the telecommunications and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Open Finance at Banco BV since January 2023, Luana leads the implementation of Open Finance strategies. Previously, Luana held the position of Growth Product Manager at Claro Brasil, focusing on scaling telecom products and marketing strategies. Luana has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Professor at USCS, teaching a course on Neurostrategy. Prior roles at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) included managing product development and innovation across various sectors such as healthcare and education, as well as enhancing customer experience through CRM initiatives. Luana's career began with positions in marketing analysis at Diarios Associados and Universidad Galileo. Luana holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
