Hugo Valverde Servat

Hugo Valverde Servat is an experienced design and process improvement professional with a strong background in service design, user experience, and project implementation. Currently serving as the Head of Experience Design at Niubiz since January 2018, Hugo leads a team focused on designing, validating, and implementing end-to-end solutions using agile methodologies and user-centered design principles. Previous roles include service design analyst at Niubiz, consultant at Éfika Business Consulting, and specialist in business process engineering at BBVA Continental, among others. Hugo holds a Master's degree in Innovation for Business Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Commercial Engineering from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
