Omar Pinedo

Omar Pinedo is an experienced finance professional who has been with the Banco Central de Reserva del Perú (BCRP) since May 2012, holding various pivotal roles such as Global Investment Strategist, Senior Investment Strategist for the UK, Investment Strategist for the Asia-Pacific region, Performance and Risk Specialist, and Settlement and Control Specialist. Prior to BCRP, Omar Pinedo gained valuable experience as a Market Research Assistant at Crosland and as a Research Assistant at both the Centro de Investigación de la Universidad del Pacífico and GRADE Grupo de Análisis para el Desarrollo. Educationally, Omar Pinedo earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IESE Business School between 2018 and 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico from 2007 to 2012.
