Inês Gregório

Inês Gregório is an experienced IT Project Manager at Banco CTT since October 2019, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and process improvement. Previously, Inês served as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst at AFFINITY Portugal, where Inês led a pioneering Agile Team to implement Agile practices within the organization. Additionally, Inês worked as a Business and Systems Analyst for SantoseVale, focusing on enhancing customer experience through a web client portal, and as an Operations Processes & Consulting Analyst at 360imprimir, where Inês improved integration and redesigned processes. Inês began a career as a Project Specialist at Luís Simões Logística Integrada, S.A., driving continuous operational improvements through performance dashboards. Inês holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
