Andrés Felipe Posada Gushlyak is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Open Innovation and Chief Startup department at Banco Davivienda since August 2016, where responsibilities include leading innovation strategies and incubating new initiatives. Additionally, Andrés Felipe leads Experimenta, the first innovation space in the financial sector targeting young people, and manages co-branding partnerships with several prominent organizations. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at NFC from November 2021 to August 2023 and participation in the Young Talent Program at Seguros Bolívar S.A. from July 2014 to August 2016.
