Diana Baron

Diana Baron is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in sustainable finance and corporate financial management. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainable Finance at Banco de Bogotá since October 2021, Diana previously held the position of General Manager at Baron Consultores, focusing on M&A and financial strategy. As CFO of ETB from January 2016 to March 2020, significant contributions included the implementation of a turnaround strategy, which resulted in substantial savings and improved EBITDA margins.
