Karen Natalia Rojas Molina

Karen Natalia Rojas Molina is a professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Líder del SMT de Gobierno at Banco de Bogotá since May 2018. In this role, Karen promotes the transformation of the tester's role from operational tasks to a more technical and business-oriented approach, leading initiatives that enhance testing maturity, cultural change, and data governance. Previously, as Líder del capítulo Agile testing in Tribu Xcenter, Karen defined and executed both manual and automated testing strategies that ensured quality and risk anticipation during development cycles. Additionally, Karen has experience as an Analista senior tester, ensuring product quality through rigorous testing, and as a Consultant at BBVA, coordinating user acceptance tests to align solutions with business expectations. Currently pursuing a Magíster en Gerencia de la Transformación Digital y Analítica de Negocios at Universidad Externado de Colombia, Karen also holds a degree in Administración de Empresas from Politécnico Grancolombiano.
