Tania Pacheco has over a decade of legal experience, currently serving as Abogada Vicepresidencia Ejecutiva at Banco de Bogotá since August 2012, focusing on the preparation, review, and negotiation of credit contracts and fiduciary agreements. Prior to this role, Tania worked as a junior lawyer at Deceval S.A. from September 2010 to July 2012, where the responsibilities included drafting administrative and commercial contracts, legal concepts, and analyzing capital market regulations. Tania's career began at the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, where responsibilities encompassed drafting administrative acts and handling investigations involving misleading advertising. Tania holds a degree in law and specialized qualifications in market values and contractual law from Universidad Externado de Colombia and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
