Paula Camus Aros

Paula Camus Aros is an experienced UX and product designer with a strong background in user experience strategies across multiple sectors, including finance and aviation. Currently serving as a Diseñadora de experiencia at Banco de Chile since February 2022, previous roles include UX Designer for LATAM Airlines and consultant at Globant. With extensive experience in user research, usability testing, and content strategy, Paula has contributed significantly to the design of user-friendly digital solutions and the implementation of best UX practices. Educational qualifications include a degree in Journalism from Universidad Diego Portales, complemented by diplomas in Information Architecture from Universidad del Pacífico and Service Design from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, Paula has held academic positions teaching modules related to user experience and information architecture.
