Carina Rivero

Carina Rivero currently serves as Gerente División Estrategia Personas at BCP Banco de Crédito de Bolivia S.A. since October 2023. Previously, Carina held the position of Gerente Gestión Humana at VIVA Bolivia, focusing on organizational and cultural transformation from July 2021 to September 2023. Carina's extensive experience includes teaching at UAGRM Business School for the MBA program and the Master's in Human Talent Management, as well as serving as Director of Corporate Services at Sintesis S.A., where organizational restructuring was prioritized. At BELCORP, a leading beauty company, Carina acted as Director of Human Talent and Gerente de Gestión Humana, overseeing human talent management for a large workforce. Carina also contributed to Banco Union as Jefe Nacional de Recursos Humanos and led the human resources department at BOLINTER | BGP | WILLBROS TRANSANDINA. Carina's education includes advanced studies in machine learning and digital transformation from MIT Professional Education, a postgraduate degree in Fintech and Digital Banking, and an MBA in Business Management.
