He was Alternate Board Member at ELETROPAULO (2017-2018), where he was part of the Compensation and Personnel Committee, directly involved in the realignment of people management policies in view of the migration to the Novo Mercado. He is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at Tecnisa where he coordinates the Audit Committee; Member of the Board of Directors at COPEL, where he chairs the Sustainable Development Committee; Alternate Member of the Board of Directors at KLABIN. Awarded as the best professor of Finance and Quantitative Methods in Brazil in 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014. He is co-author of the books Strategic Compliance vol. 1 and 2. He has more than 100 papers published in Brazil and abroad.
