Gileno Gurjão Barreto, 51, Attorney at Law, MBA, is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership positions in the audit and consulting, technology and energy industries. He is a qualified professional in the areas of tax, finance, accounting, and auditing and consulting. He was tax manager responsible for the audit of Banco do Brasil from 2003 to 2006. He is currently CEO of Companhia de Processamento de Dados do Estado de São Paulo (Prodesp) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrobrás S.A. Gileno was President and Legal Director of SERPRO S.A., a federal technology and information company, from 2019 to 2023. In the private sector, he was a partner in the legal and tax department of PwC, leading the Brazilian tax and tax litigation practice, where he had a career from 1991 to 2018.
