She has been a career employee at Banco do Brasil for more than 20 years and has a master’s degree in Business Development Administration. She has an MBA in Operations and Services Management and CEAG Specialization in Administration. She worked in the business, tactical and strategic areas of the Individual, Companies and Insurance markets. She was qualified by the BB Executive Ascension Program in 2017 and became Executive Manager of the Strategic Project of the Strategy and Organization Department in 2018. She was an executive in the Customer Service and Channels area for four years, being responsible for the customer service strategy at Customer Service and Centers in the dimensions: experience, review of journeys, service tools, process improvement and solutions.
