Robert Juenemann

Robert Juenemann is a Member at Technology and Innovation Committee. Member of the Fiscal Council of Vale S.A. and Alternate Member of the Fiscal Councils of Eletrobrás and Petrobrás. He was Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Audit Committee and Coordinating Member of the People Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC); He also served as Fiscal Councilor in several companies – Banco do Brasil – Petrobrás S.A. -Vale S.A. – JBS S.A. – Raia Drogasil S.A – Eternit – AES Tietê Energia S.A. – Celesc. Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul – PUC/RS, he has a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law at the same institution, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Planning from ESPM/RS; Specialist in Arbitration from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul – UNISC/RS and Specialist in Tax Law and Proceedings from the Public Ministry Foundation of Rio Grande do Sul – FMP/RS. He belongs to the LGBTQIA+ diversity group.
