Felipe de la Fuente Díaz is an experienced professional in customer relationship management, marketing, and business intelligence, currently serving as the CRM Manager at Banco Falabella since July 2021, where leadership of a 10-person team focuses on achieving the bank's objectives through customer lifecycle management and direct marketing campaigns.
