Henrique Rajão

Henrique Rajão is a seasoned professional in creative solutions and communication, currently serving as the Creative Solutions Head at Approach Comunicação since June 2024. Previously, Henrique held the position of Creative Solution Sr. Director at Jellyfish from January 2023 to February 2024, overseeing strategy, growth, and the delivery of creative services while enhancing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes the role of Communication & Design Manager at Fundação Getulio Vargas, where Henrique managed a multidisciplinary team and improved processes and automation. Henrique's creative leadership was demonstrated at Oceanbrand as Creative Director & Project Manager, and earlier experience includes various roles in design and art direction at organizations such as Imaginatto, Vale, and DOC Content. Henrique earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro between 2002 and 2007.
