Tatiana Bar Newell

Tatiana Bar Newell is an experienced communication professional with a strong background in internal communication and employer branding. Currently serving as the Diretora de Comunicação Interna at Approach Comunicação since October 2021, Tatiana previously held significant roles at Vale as Gerente de Comunicação Interna from November 2009 to December 2020, and at IBM in various capacities from 2004 to April 2009, focusing on communication strategy and execution for large employee bases. Early career experiences include editorial roles at Editora Casa da Palavra and various journalism positions. Tatiana holds a pós-graduação in Neurociência e Comportamento from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and has received further education in digital marketing from Columbia Business School.
