Diego Baccini

Diego Baccini has extensive experience at Banco Galicia, where employment has spanned from November 1992 to the present, currently serving as Tribe Lead Contactabilidad. Significant roles include Gerente de Sucurales y Canales, Gerente Segmento Empresas, and Gerente de Segmento Rentas Masivas, where Baccini has led transformative initiatives in various segments and channels, established new teams, defined processes, and developed strategic models. Additionally, as Gerente Zonal, oversight of 23 branches resulted in the development of high-performance teams. Baccini's career began in back office positions, progressing to commercial roles. Outside of banking, Baccini serves as President of PRIAR Asociación Civil Ayudando a Ayudar, representing Banco Galicia’s volunteer program. Education includes management and coaching programs from prestigious institutions such as Esade, Newfield, and Aden Business School.
