Mirka Moreno

Mirka Moreno, PMP, has served as Gerente de Procesos at Banco General since July 1991, specializing in organizational and strategic project advisory as well as project administration. Responsibilities include managing process optimization projects and implementing technological changes within the bank, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, project management, and risk management. Mirka holds a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Universidad Latina (1999-2001) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Panama (1993-1998), in addition to a high school diploma from Colegio San Vicente (1984-1990).
