Viviana Rios has several years of work experience in various roles within the banking industry. Viviana Rios began their career at Procredit Bank in 2012 as a Customer Service and Support Manager, where they excelled in managing portfolio recovery. Viviana Rios then moved on to Bodegas la 49, where they served as General Manager, responsible for representing the property, preparing legal documents, and liaising with various external entities. In 2014, Viviana joined Banco Agrario de Colombia as a Professional Legal Collection officer, managing a portfolio in the Cordoba and Magdalena Medio area. Most recently, they worked at Banco La Hipotecaria, starting as a Collection Coordinator and later transitioning to Customer Service Leader and eventually being promoted to Head of Sales. In these roles, Viviana was instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving late payments portfolios.
