Gaston Mooney is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer and member of the Management Committee at Banco Macro, Gaston previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Brubank, where strategies were established across Product, Commercial, and Marketing sectors, and a digital banking operation was successfully launched. As the Founder of PASAP, a digital insurance broker, Gaston developed the initial concept and secured significant seed capital. Gaston’s tenure at Banco Itaú includes roles as Chief Risk Officer, Marketing and Product Director, and Retail Banking Director, leading large teams and implementing rigorous compliance standards.
