Jeferson Silva

Jeferson Silva has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Gerente de Crédito at Banco Mercantil since July 2006, where responsibilities include managing a team of 32, overseeing credit concession analyses, and coordinating with legal departments on judicial calculations. Jeferson achieved a record recovery rate of 150% of the goal, significantly reducing the bank's delinquency rate. Previously, as Negociador de Crédito, Jeferson implemented new negotiation processes, resulting in increased business volume. Prior to Banco Mercantil, experience includes serving as Analista de Crédito at both Banco Santander and Carrefour, focusing on managing delinquent accounts and credit analysis. Jeferson holds an MBA in Financial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Centro Universitário Santa Cruz de Curitiba.
