Cristian Vargas

Cristian Vargas is a Civil Engineer currently serving at Banco Popular y de Desarrollo Comunal since August 2022. Previously, Cristian held the position of Engineering Project Manager at COCOSA from August 2011 to August 2022, where responsibilities included resource management across cost, time, scope, work environment, and procurement, as well as administrative and field control of medium to large projects. Cristian earned a Licentiate degree in Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR between February 2005 and August 2011, and a Master's degree in Project Management from ULACIT from January 2021 to May 2022.
