Filipe Jorge

Filipe Jorge has a varied work experience in the financial industry. Filipe currently holds the position of Managing Director at Safra since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Creditas as the VP Corp Dev (M&A) & Investor Relations from March 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they were employed at Goldman Sachs, where they served as an Investment Banking Vice President from January 2018 to March 2021 and as an Investment Banking Associate from July 2015 to December 2017. Filipe co-founded Faros Investimentos and worked as a Co-Founder from April 2011 to June 2015. Filipe also had a role as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs from June 2014 to August 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Private Banker at Banif Investment Banking from November 2009 to March 2011, as a Corporate Banker Jr. at Banco Votorantim from June 2008 to November 2009, and as an Equity Trader at Ciano Investimentos from February 2007 to June 2008.

Filipe Jorge completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Economics, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, they obtained a degree in Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2003 to 2007.
