Flavia Janini

Flavia Janini currently serves as the Senior Head of Credit Cards - Leveraging and Products at Santander Brasil since August 2023, and previously held the position of Executive Director of Products at BTG Pactual from March 2020 to May 2023, where Flavia was responsible for the development and management of various digital banking products. Additional experience includes roles at Banco Safra as General Superintendent of Cards and Current Accounts, and multiple positions at Banco Santander Brasil spanning over a decade, culminating in Superintendent of Cards. Early career involved product management and marketing roles at Santander España, Banco Santander Brasil, Grupo Brasanitas, and LHH Brasil. Flavia holds an MBA in Marketing from ESPM and a post-graduation degree in Banking from FDC.
