Renato Ejnisman

Renato Ejnisman has extensive experience in the banking and investment sectors, currently serving in the Santander Corporate & Investment Banking division at Santander Brasil since November 2022. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at banco next from February 2021 to September 2022 and Group Managing Director at Bradesco, where tenure lasted from 2007 to March 2021. Additionally, Renato served as a Director in the Global Investment Banking Group at Bank of America during 2006-2007, and prior to that, held significant positions including Superintendente Executivo and Vice President at BankBoston (acquired by Bank of America) from 2004 to 2006 and 2001 to 2004, respectively. Early career experience includes roles as an Associate at Bank of America and McKinsey & Company. Renato holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Rochester and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Physics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
