Sandra Pereira

Sandra Pereira has extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as Superintendente Executiva de Recursos Humanos at Santander Brasil since April 2014, overseeing benefits and health management. Previously, Sandra held the position of Superintendente de Recursos Humanos at Santander Brasil, responsible for personnel expenditure management, and worked from 2010 to 2014 as Superintendente Financeiro, acting as Controller for vehicle and asset finance as well as insurance and capitalization products. Earlier in the career at Banco Real from 2006 to 2010, Sandra served as Gerente Executivo, leading the MIS profitability team for retail products. Sandra Pereira holds an MBA in Controller from FIPECAFI USP and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
