Jorge Rosales Lam

Jorge Rosales Lam is a seasoned professional in the field of technology and operations management, currently serving at Santander Perú as the head of Technology and Operations Governance processes since March 2023. Jorge has a diverse experience that includes leading RPA automation projects at Caja Huancayo, overseeing rural housing projects at the Ministerio de Vivienda, and developing operational procedures for safety management systems at HEPAR Gestión Ambiental S.A.C.
