Anjna Prema has extensive experience in user and customer experience roles within the financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Manager User Experience at Santander UK since September 2018. Prior to this role, Anjna held the position of Senior Customer Experience Manager - Digital at Santander from March 2013, and before that, worked as Senior Online Digital Experience Manager and eMarketing Manager for Online Banking at Santander UK. Anjna's career began at Alliance & Leicester, where responsibilities included eMarketing Manager for Internet & Mobile Banking, Product Marketing Manager, and Assistant Product Manager from October 1994 to March 2009. Anjna completed studies at De Montfort University from 1990 to 1994.
