Alan Carvalho

Alan Carvalho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile coaching, project management, and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Coach at Banco BV since September 2019, Alan previously held leadership roles at Ericsson from January 2011 to September 2019, where responsibilities included team leadership, resource allocation control, and effective communication with stakeholders across multicultural teams in Brazil, India, and Mexico. Alan's earlier positions include roles as a Technical Lead at Santander Bank, a Java Developer at various organizations including Tokio Marine and Bradesco, and an Analyst at ABN AMRO and Xerox, focusing on web application development and project support.
