Manuel Santamaria

Manuel Santamaria currently serves as the Real Estate Investments Leader at Renta y Uso Bancolombia, responsible for establishing the real estate business unit, including business plan definition, team training and hiring, and overseeing the structuring, acquisition, and operation of rental real estate assets since July 2019. Prior to this role, Manuel was an MBA candidate at Emory University's Goizueta Business School from July 2017 to May 2019 and held various positions at Bancolombia from 2009 to 2017, including Project Portfolio Manager, where supervision of over ten transformational projects occurred, and Project Manager, responsible for executing major projects across several divisions. Manuel's educational background includes advanced degrees from Emory University and Universidad de Los Andes, as well as a commercial real estate analysis and investment certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
