Leticia Rodriguez Alcantar

Leticia Rodriguez Alcantar has had extensive experience in various roles related to training, development, and organizational communication. LETICIA is currently serving as the Head of Specialized Training at BanCoppel since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Insignia Life as an expert in Organizational Development, Communication, and Training from April 2019 to June 2022. Leticia also served as a Coordinator of Training at MONEX GRUPO FINANCIERO from June 2010 to March 2019, where they were responsible for conducting training needs assessments, collaborating with talent management teams, and participating in recruitment and development processes. Before that, they worked as a Coordinator of Training and Organizational Development at Prendamex from May 2006 to July 2010, where they managed induction programs, evaluated training providers, administered e-learning platforms, and conducted employee surveys. Leticia also worked at GSI SEGURIDAD PRIVADA as a Coordinator of Recruitment, Selection, and Training for a brief period in 2006, where they oversaw recruitment efforts and managed a team of recruiters and trainers. LETICIA started their career as a Coordinator of Training at Walmart from May 2005 to May 2006.

Leticia Rodriguez Alcantar has a diverse education history. Between 2015 and 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in MBA with a focus on Human Resources at Universidad Tecmilenio. During the same period in 2016, they also completed additional courses at USEM on Human Development. In the earlier years, from 2000 to 2004, Leticia attended Universidad Pedagogica Nacional, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in Education.
