Sumit Chadha

Sumit Chadha is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director & CEO at Baroda Global Shared Services Ltd since April 2022, Sumit also holds positions as Independent Director on the boards of Affle India and Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Strategic Advisor & Head of Program Office India at mea, and leading Enterprise Shared Services at AXA XL and XL Catlin, where operations expanded significantly under their leadership. Sumit has a strong track record in the banking sector, having directed operations at BlackRock India and held multiple leadership positions at Citibank India, focusing on microfinance, customer service, and technology integration. Sumit holds a Master's in Economics from UCLA and has degrees from the Delhi School of Economics and St. Stephen's College.
