Asaf Shachaf

Asaf Shachaf is the current Head of Product at Bancor. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product at Prime Gaming from March 2014 to May 2017. During their time at Prime Gaming, Asaf was responsible for defining and managing the Product Lifecycle and vision, identifying and gathering customer needs and requirements, outlining product specifications, setting milestones, and delivering projects from idea to launch. Asaf also served as a Scrum Master, collaborating between different teams and removing any impediments that obstruct the work process.

Asaf is experienced in writing detailed PRDs for Web & Mobile and defining UX/UI of product design. Asaf is also a Board Member and direct manager of a team of product managers who act as product evangelists. Some of their key achievements include implementing AB testing infrastructure and methodology for KPI optimization (which lead to a 70% uplift in conversion) and initiating, specifying, and managing the development of an internal financial system to manage, control, and monitor the company funds. The system automates affiliate payments and simplifies work processes.

Asaf Shachaf has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Denver and a second BSc in Computer Science from Seton Hall University.
