Andrew Reynolds FCA has a diverse work experience in various roles within the finance industry. Andrew is currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at BancTrust & Co. Before that, they held the position of Treasurer and a Trustee at the National Rifle Association of the UK, where they managed a team of over 70 staff and volunteers. Prior to that, they worked at VTB Capital in multiple roles, including Head of Risk and Director. Andrew also gained experience at Deutsche Bank as a VP - Senior Risk Analyst and at Merrill Lynch as a VP in Emerging Market Credit Analysis and AVP in Corporate Reporting.

Andrew Reynolds FCA completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Oxford in 1997. Later, in 2002, they obtained the degree of Chartered Accountant from ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales). In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including the ICAEW/NEDA Non-Executive Director Certificate, ICAEW Trustees Training Modules Certificate, and Business Strategy and Financial Performance certification from INSEAD Executive Education.
