Isil Caglayan

Isil Caglayan is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in debt capital markets and investment management. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Liverpool Cruise Port since May 2024 and as an Executive Director at BancTrust & Co. since February 2023, Isil specializes in the origination and execution of bond and structured loan transactions across CEEMEA and South Asia. Previously, Isil held key positions at VTB Capital, where responsibilities included leading sales coverage for Turkish financial institutions, and at MV Holding, focusing on fund management for a prominent Turkish family office. Additional experience includes roles at JPMorgan Chase, Eczacibasi-Union Bancaire Privée, and Morgan Stanley, where Isil contributed to significant achievements in trading and capital markets. Isil holds a BA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University and a Diploma of Education from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
