Mark Benson

Mark Benson is a seasoned professional with significant experience in product management and restaurant operations. As a Product Owner at Kasasa since June 2012, Mark manages stakeholder priorities and expectations across multiple development teams in Agile Scrum and Kanban environments, successfully overseeing new product rollouts, including a web accessibility platform that achieved rapid adoption. Prior to this role, Mark served as the Restaurant Manager at Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q from October 2007 to June 2012, where operations were led at the most profitable restaurant in Texas, fostering strong relationships with a team of over 70 members.
