Zeferino Banda III

Zeferino Banda III has a diverse work experience. Zeferino started their career with Banda Group International, LLC in 2007, where they held the position of Vice President of Technical Services. Later, they became the Nuclear Explosives Safety Program Manager until April 2021. In 2010, they joined the US Navy Reserve as a Petty Officer Second Class and served until January 2018. Currently, Zeferino is working as the Vice President of Security at BGI Security, LLC since March 2023.

Zeferino Banda III completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from UNM Anderson School of Management from 2005 to 2009. In 2013, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth for the Minority Business Program. Zeferino also participated in the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2018. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
