Karen Ayala

Karen Ayala currently serves as the Director of Brand Management at Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. since January 2023, following a role as Senior Brand Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Apple as Brand Manager for the App Store, and at Lucasfilm as Brand Marketing Manager. Karen's tenure at Warner Bros. Entertainment spanned several years, where multiple roles in Global Brand Marketing were held, including Brand Manager and Associate roles. Earlier in Karen's career, experience was gained at Spectrum Reach, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Universal Music Group. Education was completed at California State University, Fullerton, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entertainment and Hospitality Management.
