Jes DeVille is an accomplished Executive Artistic Director and founder of Openhaus Athletics, specializing in consulting and managing arts, entertainment, and recreation organizations that intersect with climate and culture. With extensive experience in various roles, Jes has enhanced operations at Circosphere Entertainment as a Sales Operations Manager, contributed to aerial education at BANDALOOP, and strengthened corporate culture through team-building at The Go Game. Notably, Jes has served as Assistant Stage Manager for the immersive production 'Dear San Francisco' at Club Fugazi, acted as a grant panelist for initiatives aimed at supporting under-resourced communities, and managed strategic operations for Epiphany Dance Theater during challenging transitions. Jes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global & Community Health and Critical Race & Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Education and outreach are an intrinsic part of the company’s mission.
