Aly Gillani is an experienced music industry professional currently serving as a Label Representative at Bandcamp since April 2016, where responsibilities include acquiring and managing labels in the UK and adding artists and catalogues to the platform. In addition, Aly has held the position of Director at First Word Records since March 2004, overseeing label management and A&R for a label specializing in soul, hip hop, and jazz.
