Shawn Grunberger

Shawn Grunberger is the Co-Founder and CTO of Bandcamp. Shawn has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, starting out as a web designer and programmer for Fractal Design Corp in 1994. Shawn then moved on to work as a designer and programmer for Halfbrain, Inc. before it was acquired by Alphablox in 2000. After Alphablox, Shawn worked as a programmer for Oddpost, Inc. until it was acquired by Yahoo! in 2004. Shawn then spent three years at Yahoo! as a programmer for Yahoo Mail before leaving in 2007 to start Bandcamp. Shawn is an expert in web design and programming and has played a pivotal role in the success of Bandcamp.

Shawn Grunberger has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
